This is my personal account of the customer service team of Tim Tech and Nerdbux.com in particular. The support tickets can be viewed along with reply's at the bottom of this page. I have been more than patient with Nerdbux.com and now I am telling the world they DO NOT care about their customers.
Since making this site (at 6:45 P.M. EST, February 25, 2014), the following has happened. What prompted what lies below started with Nerdbux.com. I will continue to update this. Please, share your stories of disappointment with me either via the form at the bottom or come chat with me at Top-Te.com. Would love to hear what you got to say!
April 5, 2014 2:44 p.m. EST: Recently found out Nerdbux.com is no longer owned by TimTech. Not sure if Jeffery Johnson is a paying admin or not, but I won't be rejoining. Just wanted to let others know who may wish to give it a try, TimTech no longer owns that company.
March 16, 2014 9:40 p.m. EST: Upon logging into my account at etrafficfreedom.com, I received this notice:

I do not know how they think I am a cheat as I surf there often, I promote for them as well, and I have many sites listed that are not non-sense in any form of the word. My promotions are my promotions and I am entitled to promote sites such as this. This is, assuming, I was deleted for promoting this (because it was there, with a high amount of credits assigned to it). Other than the above notice, I did not receive anything else from them. I truly enjoyed my stay with this program and I think it is a sad, sad day for the internet when we are deleted and suspended for merely speaking our minds. I am truly sorry you feel you are allowed to do this, but where I live, we have rights, and if you delete me, I will put that you deleted me and if you suspend me, I'll let that be known as well. I DID NOTHING WRONG. I ONLY WANTED THEM TO FIX A SCRIPT AND PAY ME WHAT THEY OWED ME, AND NOW I'VE LOST SEVERAL FORMS OF INCOME BECAUSE OF THEM. Yeah. You're big and bad and pathetic if you ask me.
March 10, 2014 1:02 a.m. EST: Still sorting through my sites and organizing, probably will be for quite some time. I'm switching my promotions from CTP to this site. Almost every site I belong to I had a TimTech site in rotation, so this is something else they are costing me. All that wasted time setting up promotions and now to only have to set up again. I truly hate wasted time. We all know how valuable that is. That being said, I am surfing yet another site this evening that has both stickers and badges. Again, isn't this why TimTech stated they were discontinuing their affiliation with Cathy's site? Also heard a tid bit of their pod cast last night and I heard Jon say "Even though we talk smack about them all the time, they are really good to us". Hmm. I see, so it's ok for you to say what you think about a company and talk about them, but when others talk about you, you delete them? I just don't get you people.
March 09, 2014 1:42 a.m. EST: Aw, I will give them one thing. I am and always have been the biggest preacher of "You have to be organized if you plan to make any money in this business (ie Traffic Exchanges/Ptc sites/Safelists). I've always been REALLY good at tracking my earnings, and I've also really good at the Paid To Click sites as those have been my main focus, for the most part, since 1999. I have always been extremely organized about those sites. When it came to Traffic Exchanges though, I never really took them real serious as I really like the faster paying out type sites. TE's take a bit longer to reach payout sometimes, and well, I'm just not really that patient. So, with all that being said, since all this has happened, I have been focusing on sorting out my TE's and placing them on a page so I know which sites have what timers and I've found I've been earning much more traffic at a faster pace since doing so. Heck, I even discussed opening my own site tonight with my man. He says "Go for it babe. Your good at that kind of stuff". Hm. Good out of bad, bad can turn to good. So, I'll give them that much anyways.
March 08, 2014 5:29 p.m. EST: Well, today I logged into two different sites (won't say their names, don't have a beef with them YET) and at both sites THIS page has been banned. There are no pops on this site, no sound, no spam. I'm not being hateful nor am I stating anything on this page but fact. You can LOOK for yourself to see the communications between me and them (at the bottom are my ticket numbers with NerdBux). I've not said one thing that wasn't true. They suspended me or deleted me from all their sites (TimTech) and well, I am here telling the world as a public service announcement that if you have anything to say about them that isn't all roses and peaches, then you get banned, suspended, or deleted. Without notice, without thought. The two sites that banned this page, neither of them sent me a mail explaining WHY this site was banned, so not 100% why they would do that, but for the time being, I still have my accounts there, so until I do not, I will not mention names.
March 07, 2014 4:40 p.m. EST: SOOOOOOOO, was surfing today at another one of my MANY sites (won't name them, my beef isn't with them) I belong to and guess what? THEY have both badges AND stickers. Hm. Isn't that why Cathy lost her accounts with the TimTech team? For stealing THEIR technology??? Ok, so I'm confused... it's OK for one TE to have both, but not others????? Seems to me if you are a threat to them and their business they'll do everything they can to destroy your business. I just don't get these guys. They changed their terms, so why aren't they sticking to it with ALL TE's? Seems to me like that's a huge cyber bully move!

March 05, 2014 7:46 p.m. EST: Ok, spoke with Cathy again today. She is not only a site owner, but was also a life time upgraded member at CTP. She purchased their stupid little badges for her sites and promoted hard and heavy for them. This is HER story. I am also adding a comment section to the bottom of all this. PLEASE. March 05, 2014 12:52 a.m. EST: Spoke to someone in chat tonight who told me that this is something that TimTech did to her a year ago. She said she also put together a site and no one paid attention. I will be adding her link to this page as soon as I get it. I also spent most of my evening going through my twitter account. Damn I promoted for them fools A LOT. It took me almost two hours to remove what I DID remove and I still have several months of tweets to remove. Slowly switching my promotions for them to my promotions for this site. People should know who they are dealing with. I also had someone ask me tonight if I got my accounts reinstated yet. I haven't received anything from any of them but deleted. I do not wish to be associated with a company that has such poor customer relations or poor business practices. I do not wish for them to do anything at this point. The time for them doing something is far gone and past and now, I'm doing this solely as a public service announcement to let others know they are dealing with cheats and liars if they deal with TimTech or their sites. March 03, 2014 5:19 p.m. EST: Tried to log into ILoveHits.com today. My account is deleted there as well. I also spoke to someone in another chat that said that I should just have patients and that they had done the math and why be so mean over JUST $0.50 (not what they directly said, but the jest). So, here is my thought. It's NOT just $0.50. For 3 years, I've promoted and surfed ILoveHits.com, spent many hours clicking for them and promoting for them. For two years, I promote CTP as my MAIN program. I had MANY referrals there and not only are they effecting my DOWN LINE by deleting me as I'm an active, helpful up line, but they are also effecting my up line. I am the "rare" active referral and by deleting me, they effect WAY more than JUST me. This is NOT just over $0.50. This is about I asked them to fix THEIR problem and was told that they were not going to do anything for me when they continued to CHARGE me even though they weren't fixing the thing that would have helped me make MORE money with their company. It's about the way they talk to their customers. It's about if you say ONE negative thing in their chat rooms, in an e mail, or any where, you get bummed out of chat (something that has happened to me before, because I was asking questions about one of their companies and they didn't like me talking about it in THEIR chat, so I got booted from chat for an hour). This is about you can't run a company and have customers and because you don't like their personality, you delete them. You CAN'T do that! And if you do, you damn well deserve to be called out on your piss poor business practices. THAT is why I'm doing this and WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO! Because, no matter how much time or effort you put into building up THEIR business FOR THEM, say one bad thing and THEY DELETE you. Two years I was a faithful, loyal member of theirs, even when OTHERS were telling me that they would screw me over in the end. Shouldn't have wasted TWO YEARS of my life on their programs. I am doing this as a warning. You can take it as you wish, but they could have fixed THEIR SCRIPT AND PAID ME the $0.50 they OWED me and none of this would be. Instead, they told me, not our problem and because I didn't disappear into the night with my tail tucked behind my ass and because I decided to put out there that regardless of if you are right they don't care, I got deleted from A TOTAL OF SIX PROGRAMS SO FAR. You're kidding me right?
February 26, 2014, 4:26 p.m. EST: Called the Attorney General this morning. I left a message. Will call again on Friday if my call is not returned. Also, went to log into Thumbvu.com today. My account has been deleted. Again, another TimTech site I was removed from because I asked them to follow through and fix their system and pay me what is duely mine. I have spoke with several people today in various forums and I am not alone in my displeasure with these people.
6:24 p.m. EST: I have also been removed from StartExchange.com. Went to log in, says my account is suspended.
February 25, 2014, 7:41 p.m. EST: Was surfing at Sweeva.com (as I do every day and have for over a year now) and their site logged me out and I can no longer access my account. Not sure if this is a site issue or if I've been deleted from their company, but I will keep you updated.
7:42 P.M. EST: Been deleted from Sweeva.com, Clicktrackprofit.com thus far. Yep, they are not very business swavy if you ask me. I have been a member of ClickTrackProfit.com for 3 years. I actually joined the day they opened. I think I may have gotten someone's attention.
7:44 P.M. EST: Can no longer log into my account at NerdBux.com. Says I am suspended. FOR WHAT? FOR ASKING THEM TO DO WHAT THE FRONT PAGE OF THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY WILL DO FOR ME? I will be contacting a lawyer in the morning. I remember a podcast that Jon Olson had regarding a website that members have reached payout and then they got their accounts deleted and how he stated, in that podcast that this was just bad business practice. That regardless, you try to meet the needs of your customers. I guess he forgot how he got where he is and off who's sweat and hours and hours of clicking that got him there. WE DID. HIS CUSTOMERS. You are no better than the man you spoke so ill of that day Jon Olson. So, should we call you pot, or should we call you kettle?
NerdBux.com info starts here:
On February 3rd, I notice one of my rented referrals was clicking, but I was not getting credited for their clicks. They are my strongest clicker and I was thrilled I actually had someone that was working for me. However, on the 3rd, I noticed I had over 500 clicks from him and I had only earned $0.011 cents. I wrote them (nerdbux) a support ticket, which they deleted from their system a few days later, and their answer was, it's a script problem, we are working on it and they closed my ticket.
On February 9th, I wrote them again, saying, OK, but could you not close my ticket until this problem is fixed so I know that it is indeed fixed so I can quit bugging you. They did not respond to that ticket, but closed it with no response or no reasoning as to why they could not keep my ticket open.
On February 14th, I wrote them AGAIN. I let them know my problem was not resolved and I was wondering what was going on, that I merely want the money that is owed to me as I PAID for the Rented Referral and I was continuing to pay for the RR (rented referral) and that it was costing me to be a part of their site. I didn't join to pay them and not earn. I realize sometimes you have to put money into a site to make money, which is what I was doing by renting referrals, but if I wasn't going to make any money from them even though he continues to click every day, I didn't see the point in this. I received a response from Brenda at that point saying Justin had looked into my account and that they did not owe me any money.

I have one RR that has clicked 500 and I've earned $0.236. Yet, I have another who has clicked 661 clicks and I've only earned $0.011. I have paid for this referral and I would like to be credited for his work. This is my third ticket, but you've closed communication on the other two, so as you have closed it, indicating to me that you believe my issue is fixed, I am opening another ticket as it is NOT fixed.

Problem is, I am not just worried about getting paid TODAY. I want to be credited for the work my referral has ALREADY done, for the past month, that I haven't been paid for. He's my strongest clicker and I am not getting paid on him. I KNOW you have a new programmer, I want the PREVIOUS error fixed. This is my fourth ticket trying to explain that.
Again, I just wish you'd leave my ticket open until this matter is fixed. It is not fixed, I've asked you all not to close my ticket until it is. I don't understand what is so hard about that. When I spoke to Jon the other day he said he didn't see why you all were closing the tickets either. I'm seriously frustrated with this site. I'm making excellent money with Neobux and would like to invest the kind of money I put into THAT site here as well.

Jenny, Justin checked into this and found that you have earned from your referral clicks this month...... As a Free member you only get 30% of your referral clicks..... As far as closing the tickets.... that is the way our system works..... we answer a ticket and it closes it..... does not mean the problem has been fixed..... We do continue to work on it but that ticket is closed each time we reply...... Just the way this system works.... Brenda
On the 16th, I wrote her again, telling her that Justin was wrong, I was not credited and I wasn't asking them to give me anything for FREE, that I only wanted what was owed to me. That ticket was deleted from the system.

Went to check the status of the problems you've been having here. My first support ticket was sent on February 3rd and i have still to be credited for my referrals work (now over 700 plus clicks) and went to check the status of my last ticket to you (23AB-3D23-E375-2BB6) and it is now gone. So here is another ticket. Just want my issues fixed and my account credited the money that is owed to me. I have kept a very detailed day to day list of what my RR's have done so you can credit my account once it gets fixed.

I never received ANYTHING from Justin. Every responce I have received thus far has come from Brenda, with exception of my first ticket, which was answered by Bill, and I have yet to be credited for any of the work that the Rented Ref that I PAID for has done. This is NOT how you treat your customers!!
As you can see, below, this is what I've kept track of as far as my RR's go. This company is so big and they have so many sites and so many customers they no longer care.

This was a $0.50 issue that turned into something far bigger than that. The issue was THIER'S, not mine. I purchased a product from them and they promised me something via that purchase and could not follow through on their promises, so I got deleted when I voiced my voice about it. Piss poor support, piss poor attitudes, and I am NOT a happy camper. I may not harm your business, but I will do everything in my POWER to make sure people question your company for years to come.

I do not know how they think I am a cheat as I surf there often, I promote for them as well, and I have many sites listed that are not non-sense in any form of the word. My promotions are my promotions and I am entitled to promote sites such as this. This is, assuming, I was deleted for promoting this (because it was there, with a high amount of credits assigned to it). Other than the above notice, I did not receive anything else from them. I truly enjoyed my stay with this program and I think it is a sad, sad day for the internet when we are deleted and suspended for merely speaking our minds. I am truly sorry you feel you are allowed to do this, but where I live, we have rights, and if you delete me, I will put that you deleted me and if you suspend me, I'll let that be known as well. March 10, 2014 1:02 a.m. EST: Still sorting through my sites and organizing, probably will be for quite some time. I'm switching my promotions from CTP to this site. Almost every site I belong to I had a TimTech site in rotation, so this is something else they are costing me. All that wasted time setting up promotions and now to only have to set up again. I truly hate wasted time. We all know how valuable that is. That being said, I am surfing yet another site this evening that has both stickers and badges. Again, isn't this why TimTech stated they were discontinuing their affiliation with Cathy's site? Also heard a tid bit of their pod cast last night and I heard Jon say "Even though we talk smack about them all the time, they are really good to us". Hmm. I see, so it's ok for you to say what you think about a company and talk about them, but when others talk about you, you delete them? I just don't get you people.
March 09, 2014 1:42 a.m. EST: Aw, I will give them one thing. I am and always have been the biggest preacher of "You have to be organized if you plan to make any money in this business (ie Traffic Exchanges/Ptc sites/Safelists). I've always been REALLY good at tracking my earnings, and I've also really good at the Paid To Click sites as those have been my main focus, for the most part, since 1999. I have always been extremely organized about those sites. When it came to Traffic Exchanges though, I never really took them real serious as I really like the faster paying out type sites. TE's take a bit longer to reach payout sometimes, and well, I'm just not really that patient. So, with all that being said, since all this has happened, I have been focusing on sorting out my TE's and placing them on a page so I know which sites have what timers and I've found I've been earning much more traffic at a faster pace since doing so. Heck, I even discussed opening my own site tonight with my man. He says "Go for it babe. Your good at that kind of stuff". Hm. Good out of bad, bad can turn to good. So, I'll give them that much anyways.
March 08, 2014 5:29 p.m. EST: Well, today I logged into two different sites (won't say their names, don't have a beef with them YET) and at both sites THIS page has been banned. There are no pops on this site, no sound, no spam. I'm not being hateful nor am I stating anything on this page but fact. You can LOOK for yourself to see the communications between me and them (at the bottom are my ticket numbers with NerdBux). I've not said one thing that wasn't true. They suspended me or deleted me from all their sites (TimTech) and well, I am here telling the world as a public service announcement that if you have anything to say about them that isn't all roses and peaches, then you get banned, suspended, or deleted. Without notice, without thought. The two sites that banned this page, neither of them sent me a mail explaining WHY this site was banned, so not 100% why they would do that, but for the time being, I still have my accounts there, so until I do not, I will not mention names.
March 07, 2014 4:40 p.m. EST: SOOOOOOOO, was surfing today at another one of my MANY sites (won't name them, my beef isn't with them) I belong to and guess what? THEY have both badges AND stickers. Hm. Isn't that why Cathy lost her accounts with the TimTech team? For stealing THEIR technology??? Ok, so I'm confused... it's OK for one TE to have both, but not others????? Seems to me if you are a threat to them and their business they'll do everything they can to destroy your business. I just don't get these guys. They changed their terms, so why aren't they sticking to it with ALL TE's? Seems to me like that's a huge cyber bully move!

March 05, 2014 12:52 a.m. EST: Spoke to someone in chat tonight who told me that this is something that TimTech did to her a year ago. She said she also put together a site and no one paid attention. I will be adding her link to this page as soon as I get it. I also spent most of my evening going through my twitter account. Damn I promoted for them fools A LOT. It took me almost two hours to remove what I DID remove and I still have several months of tweets to remove. Slowly switching my promotions for them to my promotions for this site. People should know who they are dealing with. I also had someone ask me tonight if I got my accounts reinstated yet. I haven't received anything from any of them but deleted. I do not wish to be associated with a company that has such poor customer relations or poor business practices. I do not wish for them to do anything at this point. The time for them doing something is far gone and past and now, I'm doing this solely as a public service announcement to let others know they are dealing with cheats and liars if they deal with TimTech or their sites. March 03, 2014 5:19 p.m. EST: Tried to log into ILoveHits.com today. My account is deleted there as well. I also spoke to someone in another chat that said that I should just have patients and that they had done the math and why be so mean over JUST $0.50 (not what they directly said, but the jest). So, here is my thought. It's NOT just $0.50. For 3 years, I've promoted and surfed ILoveHits.com, spent many hours clicking for them and promoting for them. For two years, I promote CTP as my MAIN program. I had MANY referrals there and not only are they effecting my DOWN LINE by deleting me as I'm an active, helpful up line, but they are also effecting my up line. I am the "rare" active referral and by deleting me, they effect WAY more than JUST me. This is NOT just over $0.50. This is about I asked them to fix THEIR problem and was told that they were not going to do anything for me when they continued to CHARGE me even though they weren't fixing the thing that would have helped me make MORE money with their company. It's about the way they talk to their customers. It's about if you say ONE negative thing in their chat rooms, in an e mail, or any where, you get bummed out of chat (something that has happened to me before, because I was asking questions about one of their companies and they didn't like me talking about it in THEIR chat, so I got booted from chat for an hour). This is about you can't run a company and have customers and because you don't like their personality, you delete them. You CAN'T do that! And if you do, you damn well deserve to be called out on your piss poor business practices. THAT is why I'm doing this and WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO! Because, no matter how much time or effort you put into building up THEIR business FOR THEM, say one bad thing and THEY DELETE you. Two years I was a faithful, loyal member of theirs, even when OTHERS were telling me that they would screw me over in the end. Shouldn't have wasted TWO YEARS of my life on their programs. I am doing this as a warning. You can take it as you wish, but they could have fixed THEIR SCRIPT AND PAID ME the $0.50 they OWED me and none of this would be. Instead, they told me, not our problem and because I didn't disappear into the night with my tail tucked behind my ass and because I decided to put out there that regardless of if you are right they don't care, I got deleted from A TOTAL OF SIX PROGRAMS SO FAR. You're kidding me right?
February 26, 2014, 4:26 p.m. EST: Called the Attorney General this morning. I left a message. Will call again on Friday if my call is not returned. Also, went to log into Thumbvu.com today. My account has been deleted. Again, another TimTech site I was removed from because I asked them to follow through and fix their system and pay me what is duely mine. I have spoke with several people today in various forums and I am not alone in my displeasure with these people.
6:24 p.m. EST: I have also been removed from StartExchange.com. Went to log in, says my account is suspended.
February 25, 2014, 7:41 p.m. EST: Was surfing at Sweeva.com (as I do every day and have for over a year now) and their site logged me out and I can no longer access my account. Not sure if this is a site issue or if I've been deleted from their company, but I will keep you updated.
7:42 P.M. EST: Been deleted from Sweeva.com, Clicktrackprofit.com thus far. Yep, they are not very business swavy if you ask me. I have been a member of ClickTrackProfit.com for 3 years. I actually joined the day they opened. I think I may have gotten someone's attention.
7:44 P.M. EST: Can no longer log into my account at NerdBux.com. Says I am suspended. FOR WHAT? FOR ASKING THEM TO DO WHAT THE FRONT PAGE OF THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY WILL DO FOR ME? I will be contacting a lawyer in the morning. I remember a podcast that Jon Olson had regarding a website that members have reached payout and then they got their accounts deleted and how he stated, in that podcast that this was just bad business practice. That regardless, you try to meet the needs of your customers. I guess he forgot how he got where he is and off who's sweat and hours and hours of clicking that got him there. WE DID. HIS CUSTOMERS. On February 3rd, I notice one of my rented referrals was clicking, but I was not getting credited for their clicks. They are my strongest clicker and I was thrilled I actually had someone that was working for me. However, on the 3rd, I noticed I had over 500 clicks from him and I had only earned $0.011 cents. I wrote them (nerdbux) a support ticket, which they deleted from their system a few days later, and their answer was, it's a script problem, we are working on it and they closed my ticket.
On February 9th, I wrote them again, saying, OK, but could you not close my ticket until this problem is fixed so I know that it is indeed fixed so I can quit bugging you. They did not respond to that ticket, but closed it with no response or no reasoning as to why they could not keep my ticket open.
On February 14th, I wrote them AGAIN. I let them know my problem was not resolved and I was wondering what was going on, that I merely want the money that is owed to me as I PAID for the Rented Referral and I was continuing to pay for the RR (rented referral) and that it was costing me to be a part of their site. I didn't join to pay them and not earn. I realize sometimes you have to put money into a site to make money, which is what I was doing by renting referrals, but if I wasn't going to make any money from them even though he continues to click every day, I didn't see the point in this. I received a response from Brenda at that point saying Justin had looked into my account and that they did not owe me any money.

I have one RR that has clicked 500 and I've earned $0.236. Yet, I have another who has clicked 661 clicks and I've only earned $0.011. I have paid for this referral and I would like to be credited for his work. This is my third ticket, but you've closed communication on the other two, so as you have closed it, indicating to me that you believe my issue is fixed, I am opening another ticket as it is NOT fixed.

Problem is, I am not just worried about getting paid TODAY. I want to be credited for the work my referral has ALREADY done, for the past month, that I haven't been paid for. He's my strongest clicker and I am not getting paid on him. I KNOW you have a new programmer, I want the PREVIOUS error fixed. This is my fourth ticket trying to explain that.
Again, I just wish you'd leave my ticket open until this matter is fixed. It is not fixed, I've asked you all not to close my ticket until it is. I don't understand what is so hard about that. When I spoke to Jon the other day he said he didn't see why you all were closing the tickets either. I'm seriously frustrated with this site. I'm making excellent money with Neobux and would like to invest the kind of money I put into THAT site here as well.

Jenny, Justin checked into this and found that you have earned from your referral clicks this month...... As a Free member you only get 30% of your referral clicks..... As far as closing the tickets.... that is the way our system works..... we answer a ticket and it closes it..... does not mean the problem has been fixed..... We do continue to work on it but that ticket is closed each time we reply...... Just the way this system works.... Brenda
On the 16th, I wrote her again, telling her that Justin was wrong, I was not credited and I wasn't asking them to give me anything for FREE, that I only wanted what was owed to me. That ticket was deleted from the system.

Went to check the status of the problems you've been having here. My first support ticket was sent on February 3rd and i have still to be credited for my referrals work (now over 700 plus clicks) and went to check the status of my last ticket to you (23AB-3D23-E375-2BB6) and it is now gone. So here is another ticket. Just want my issues fixed and my account credited the money that is owed to me. I have kept a very detailed day to day list of what my RR's have done so you can credit my account once it gets fixed.

I never received ANYTHING from Justin. Every responce I have received thus far has come from Brenda, with exception of my first ticket, which was answered by Bill, and I have yet to be credited for any of the work that the Rented Ref that I PAID for has done. This is NOT how you treat your customers!!
As you can see, below, this is what I've kept track of as far as my RR's go. This company is so big and they have so many sites and so many customers they no longer care.

This was a $0.50 issue that turned into something far bigger than that. The issue was THIER'S, not mine. I purchased a product from them and they promised me something via that purchase and could not follow through on their promises, so I got deleted when I voiced my voice about it. Piss poor support, piss poor attitudes, and I am NOT a happy camper. I may not harm your business, but I will do everything in my POWER to make sure people question your company for years to come.
